| I have been trying to access the company file since last Thursday, and when it opened, it started throwing QuickBooks Error 6000 77 at me. I tried a variety of resolution approaches, but none of them worked. They shared my screen with theirs when I called the QuickBooks experts. It took them all day to investigate the situation, but I still couldn't develop a viable solution. So what should I do now when even Intuit's IT professionals don't have any adequate solutions? Is it possible that you might aid me in determining the best course of action to take in this situation?
