| Sounds familiar. Check out this trusted heavy bag installation service near me I like the most. We had a very good experience and would recommend these guys to anyone thinking about such installations. The material they supply is top quality! Plus I like the service a lot.

I have installed and practicing with a punching bag in my apartment, I didn’t feel it is damaging my roof. The punching bag will not weigh more than 100 pounds, actually we won’t need one weighing more that that.
